ABOUT: Ishita's classes are an elemental approach to cross cultural fusion and storytelling. During the 2 hours, you will go through full body conditioning, foundational exercises pulling from street styles, classical and folk, to then learning hybridized combos emphasizing repetition and holistic body awareness. Class is open to professional dancers, hobbyists, or art enthusiasts who are open to expanding their abilities and world view while exploring cross-cultural storytelling.
