ABOUT: Ishita's classes are an elemental approach to cross-cultural fusion and storytelling. You will go through full body conditioning, foundational exercises pulling from street styles, classical and folk, to then learn hybridized combos emphasizing repetition and holistic body awareness. Class is open to professional dancers, hobbyists, or art enthusiasts who are open to expanding their abilities and worldview.
