Ishita Mili is a NJ/NY-based director, choreographer, educator, and iconoclast. Her classes provide an elemental approach to global movement and therapeutic storytelling. Class deconstructs foundations from hip hop, bharatanatyam, house, to chhau into IMGE’s signature methodology. Choreography features technical and expressive movement, providing a necessary challenge no matter where you are in your dance journey.

Class is open level to all movers and explorers.
